Hotel Indigo San Antonio Riverwalk, an IHG Hotel

The room was roomy and the hotel is close to downtown was on the parade route

We had two rooms and the second room was excellent. My room was also excellent, or so I assumed. The bathroom was really clean except for the toilet handle, which I had noticed before I flushed. This hotel has always been VERY clean. I think it was just an oversight because the light is subdued in the bathroom. I travel with disinfectant so I wiped it off myself and told Veronica, I think that's her name, at the desk and she apologized profusely. Aside from that, I really liked my stay and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was very tasty in the restaurant as well. We always stay at the Indigo and I think we'll most likely stay again next time we're in San Antonio.

The location was perfect for our 2 night stay in order to enjoy the city. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve slept in for a really long time (we had the king bedroom). The person who checked us in was very professional and nice, it was late and they made us feel really welcomed.

Location was great, rooms were good, staff was polite.

The room and amenities were exactly what we expected. The check-in was simple and any information we needed was provided in a timely and helpful manner.
